A financial advisor for over 21 years, he is committed to understanding his client's needs and is dedicated to providing a personalized experience. 

 




    

 

Amber Jones

 

Executive Assistant    

 

Amber, Executive Assistant, with 15 years in administrative, contact management, website and customer service experience. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Having held a position with a nonprofit that facilitated local government, she is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of our clients. Amber is able to interact directly with potential and existing clients, assisting in their daily needs.

 

In addition to her office duties, Amber is married to Greg Jones retired mayor of Crowley, La. They are the parents of 3 children and proud grandparent of two (Amelie and Jack Donald).  She is active in her community when time allows and is always looking to participate in outreach. 

 

Hilary Pluemer, CFP®

Director of Practice Management

 

 

 

Hilary works to create efficiencies and refine the processes of our practice to help us continually raise the level of service we provide. In her role, she has oversight on all business services and resources we may need as a firm. In addition, she facilitates ongoing educational opportunities and idea exchanges to help us stay at the forefront of our industry.

 

 

As a CFP® professional, Hilary has been in the industry for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas McComb's School of Business and a Masters in Financial Management from the American College of Financial Services. She holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65 licenses. To keep an innovative mind, Hilary can often be found reading published pieces by various thought leaders in the industry. Outside of her passion for helping us provide the best service for our clients, Hilary enjoys morning runs and spending time with her husband and two children.

 

 



 

 

 

Nicole Marsh, CFP®

Account Manager - Marketing and Communications

 

 

Nicole works to provide marketing support to our team, including social media help, print and design support, project management and event design. Additionally, she serves as a liaison and expert on available third-party marketing resources.

 

 

Previously with GuideStone Financial Resources, Nicole is a CFP® certificant who brings over a decade of experience in the areas of retirement planning, insurance, risk management and high-net worth marketing strategies. She has a bachelor's degree in both marketing and management from Baylor University and completed her financial education for the CFP® at Southern Methodist University. Nicole enjoys being a part of the community and spends time serving with her church on the hosting team and as a life group leader. As a dedicated professional, she takes pride in serving the esteemed clients of Goff Wealth Management.



 

 

 

 

 

Caryn Borden

Operations and Service Manager

 

Caryn's responsibilities include overseeing the day to day aspects of our firm's operations and managing customer service delivery by reviewing account transactions to ensure high-quality service standards for all clients at Goff Wealth Management.

 

Caryn has over eight years of experience in the financial industry and obtained has a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She holds the Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses. In her spare time, Caryn enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.



 

 

Paul Keeton

Vice President of Advisory Services

 

Paul is responsible for supporting the firm through the introduction of new tools, models and other advisory solutions. By focusing on advisory specifically for the independent business owner, he brings a renewed approach towards executing the advisory needs of Goff Wealth Management.

 

Paul is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career in finance with Dorsey, Wright & Associates in 1997, ultimately serving as Sr. Vice President. During his tenure Paul led the development of many of the firm's investment solutions, including Guided Models, Exchange Traded Funds, Structured Products, and Managed Accounts strategies such as Tactical Tilt.  Paul has co-authored several books on investing and has taught risk management best practices to financial professionals for more than two decades. Paul and his wife have two kids and reside in Richmond, Virginia.



 

 

Wes Shindler

Compliance Officer

 

Wes is responsible for the compliance aspect of our firm. In his role, he works to provide guidance for best practices by tracking relevant laws and regulations, reviewing our policies and procedures, and most importantly, helping to preserve the integrity of Goff Wealth Management. His work is a key component to supporting our firm's core values of care character and competency. 

 

Wes has held several roles in the financial services industry, providing our firm with a huge foundation and expertise in his role. Wes' previous positions included the titles of trader, trading manager, operations manager, and compliance manager. Wes obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and is Series 7, 63, 66, 24 & 55 licensed. When he is not spending time at the office, he enjoys working out and playing in the band for and at his church.
